This is ME!

My name is Amanda Shelley and I live in Huber Heights, Ohio, with my amazing husband and three wild and crazy kids. I have been a photographer for 13 years and I love every single moment of it. I like to have fun, and capture images of you being your unique and amazing self. 

Having a family means I understand what it is like to have a toddler who likes to run around, have a preteen with attitude, and kids that, when told to "smile", give the most awkward smiles imaginable. That is all okay and expected. It is my job to create beautiful images with as little stress on you (the parents) as possible. If your child refuses to sit, let them run, I will capture beautiful moments still. If your child doesn't want to smile, I will be silly. If your child won't look at the camera, I will talk to them and get them engaged. That is part of my job. 

I pride myself on letting you be you. I will set poses and direct as needed, but overall, your images are about you. You get to choose your outdoor locations, you get to pick a studio that fits your style, you get to wear what makes you comfortable, and bring props that are fun and creative. 

I have photographed many different types of sessions in my 13 years, and I still offer any session you are looking for. I am a versatile photographer and willing and able to shoot any session you are interested in. I have had images of all types published in several different photography magazines and each time an image of mine is selected, I do a happy dance. 

Most of all, I can't wait to meet you, and create beautiful images that are uniquely yours.
